- Overseeing and managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Being responsible for the division Global Infrastructure Services, and overseeing the charge-back models, ensuring accurate cost allocation and management.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Designing, creating, and managing Power BI reports to provide insights into financial performance, utilizing DAX for complex calculations and data analysis.
- Automating financial processes and workflows, leveraging advanced tools and technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Providing financial guidance and support to senior management, offering insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in financial management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, report creation, and DAX.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English. Swedish is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- For candidates based in Sweden: a hybrid working model applies to those located in Stockholm (few times per week from the office). If you are based outside of Stockholm, you will be expected to travel regularly to our Stockholm office.
- For candidates based in Poland: we are open to applicants from any city across Poland. If you are based in Warsaw or within a 50 km radius of Warsaw, you will be expected to work from our Warsaw office two days per week. If you reside in another Polish city, you will be required to commute to the Warsaw office once per month. Additionally, the role involves occasional travel to our Stockholm office a few times per year.
