- Responsible for a range of financial and export-related tasks for our Swedish DMG MORI entity
- Processing, posting and reconciling purchase and sales invoices monthly
- Monitoring cash flow, payments and debt collection
- Project invoicing for machine deliveries
- Handle customs clearance and collaborate with freight forwarders
- Report non-EU imports
- Maintain and update customer and supplier invoicing information
- Collaborate closely with the Swedish Finance team on accounting and monthly closings
- Participate in financial reporting and contribute to reporting development
- The scope of responsibilities may vary depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
- Completed Finance related education (e.g. Bachelor of Business Administration, Business trade school)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Finance field
- Preferable knowledge of taxation and payroll
- Independent and proactive approach to work in a small team
- Patient and highly adaptable
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Good language skills in English (min. B1) and Swedish (min. C1) are required
- Residency in Sweden is necessary
