
Senior Insurance Coordinator

- Daily advice and service to customers regarding operational risks, as well as handling international insurance programs
- Being an integral part of the client relationship
- Coordinate between servicing and producing offices for our global programs
- Prepare meetings, presentations, summarize notes
- Coordinate the delivery towards client’s cross team efforts
- Analysis tasks, including analysis of policies, claims data, business risks and due diligence.
- Collect and prepare renewal proposals and tender materials as well as comparison of insurance offers
- Work together with our colleagues in our shared service centre in Poland around invoicing, document intake and archiving
- Doer and problem solver
- Work experience from a similar position within the insurance or broker industry
- Fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written)
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel
- Flair for IT systems
- Work experience from a similar position within the insurance or broker industry
- Experience with global insurance programs.
- Preferred education at minimum Bachelor level
- IDD licence
