Learning & Development Lead - Nordics, Baltics

• Facilitate dynamic learning and development programs using advanced presentation and facilitation skills, including creative training and adult learning techniques, in both live and virtual classroom settings.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align learning and development initiatives with business objectives.
• Develop and implement tailored solutions to address identified learning needs.
• Forge and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Ensure comprehensive maintenance of learning records and provide accurate measurement and reporting of learning metrics.
• Oversee the completion of mandatory learning plans within set timelines, ensuring clear communication of progress.
• Engage in ownership of additional projects or initiatives as needed.
• Embody and promote our Concentrix culture through effective leadership and advocacy.

• Proven experience in a management/leadership capacity or in advising managers/leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions (both face-to-face and virtual) using creative training and adult learning techniques.
• Strong capability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written (in English and preferably a second language), with the ability to tailor communication styles to different audiences.
• Results-driven with a track record of delivering high-quality projects or initiatives within deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to operate independently and drive results.
• Sound understanding of business acumen with a strong customer focus.
• Competence in analyzing and interpreting business issues to recommend solutions and best practices.
