We are seeking a Delivery Manager for our client to lead and oversee solar and hybrid infrastructure projects across Sweden. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical engineering and a proven track record in delivering complex energy projects like for example switchgear, transformer replacements, batteries, and high-power electrical systems.You'll be responsible for coordinating project delivery on the construction side of solar projects, managing EPC and civil contractors, and ensuring seamless execution through close collaboration with site managers and project stakeholders. Regular site visits.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead delivery of Solar/Hybrid electrical infrastructure projects
  • Manage contractor relationships and site execution
  • Define and build effective project delivery teams
  • Support development teams with technical insights and safety compliance
  • Ensure grid connection readiness and support integration
  • Conduct regular site and technical reviews
Desired Background:
  • Strong experience in construction or commissioning in large scale electrical projects.
  • Comfortable with technical discussions in electrical design and engineering
  • Leadership potential - ideally someone who can grow into a team lead role.
