- Manage and improve processes and tools for analyzing revenue, cost, and traffic volume to support optimization efforts.
- Provide actionable insights through advanced analytics and reporting using Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, and SAP ByDesign.
- Monitor customer profitability and partner with Sales and Product teams to recommend pricing strategies.
- Create visual management reports and forecasts on A2P and P2P messaging trends, and support price adjustments and customer notifications.
- Support invoice reviews, ensure accurate sales processes and documentation, and drive tool improvements and cross-functional projects.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, finance, or similar. Preferably in telecom (excluding hardware), SaaS, or wholesale messaging.
- University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficient in Excel (pivots, formulas) and quick to learn new tools.
- Curious about sales metrics and performance insights, with a drive to learn.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs, Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Knowledge of A2P/P2P messaging.
- Worked in an international company.
