Your mission is to:

Gather and prioritize customer requirements
Assess production situations and identify optimal solutions
Configure system software to meet unique needs
Support sales teams with technical expertise
Ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction

You will frequently travel to customer sites, building strong relationships with clients and collaborating closely with colleagues in sales, engineering, operations, and management.Main responsibilities

Meet Customer Needs

Engage with clients to understand requirements, explore options, configure equipment and software, measure improvements, and communicate results.

Travel and On-Site Support

Plan and coordinate customer visits, provide on-site and remote support, and ensure smooth equipment operation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Develop productive working relationships across teams and share insights to continuously improve our solutions.

Software Proficiency and Development

Achieve expertise in DSI™ software applications and communicate requirements for new cut-solution development to our Software team.Your profile

Degree in Engineering or Food Technology (or equivalent experience)
Aptitude for technical concepts involving software, robotics, and automation
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to creatively translate customer requirements into practical application
Comfortable with hands-on technical work (“turning a wrench”)
Proactive, self-motivated, and flexible team player
Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)

Travel: Up to 70% travel can be expected in this role.
