Their innovative platform is trusted by some of Europe’s leading brands, helping them deliver a seamless, user-friendly payment experience that strengthens customer relationships and boosts retention.They are now expanding their German market presence and looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their high-performing sales team in Stockholm.About the RoleAs a BDR, your primary focus will be to book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives with prospective customers in the German market. You’ll play a key role in building our sales pipeline, working closely with the AE team to target the right prospects and create new business opportunities.Key responsibilities include:Prospecting and identifying potential clients in the German market.Booking at least 15 qualified meetings per month for Account Executives.Conducting outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.Qualifying leads to ensure they fit our ideal customer profile.Collaborating with Account Executives to optimize handovers and conversion rates.Maintaining accurate activity records in our CRM.What We’re Looking ForNative German speaker (written & spoken).6 months – 1+ year experience in a similar B2B/SaaS sales role OR recent university graduate with relevant sales experience.Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, driven, and eager to exceed targets.Team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.What We OfferCompetitive base salary of up to 40,000 SEK (depending on experience).25,000 SEK monthly commission, paid quarterly upon meeting targets.Hybrid working model – 4 days/week in the office during onboarding, then flexible hybrid schedule.Modern office environment in central Stockholm.Supportive, ambitious team culture with clear career progression opportunities.📩 Apply Now – Take the next step in your sales career and help us grow our footprint in the German market!
