- Develop sales in general and within the focus on industry sectors such as Automotive F&B, ICT & Training
- Manage recruitment processes, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Form a strong individual and team sales pipeline and secure targets are achieved
- Identify market growth, diversification and brand building across all sectors
- Provide input for the development and promotion of existing and new products and services
- Enhance customer service and satisfaction
- Develop initiatives to enhance customer service and satisfaction, in cooperation with Operations
- Monitor and proactively improve effectiveness and efficiency of the sales processes and performance
- Work with the Sales Experts in the preparation and presentation of offers to potential clients
- Identify market opportunities and suitable business partners for cooperation, create and maintain effective and beneficial partnerships

- Bachelor's or master's degree or similar
- Be results-oriented and focused on achieving your goals - as well as your team's goal
- Minimum 5 years of Sales and People Management experience within Service Industry (B2B), preferably Certification, Consulting and/or Accounting services
- Fluent (written and oral) Swedish and English
- Demonstrable proven track record of leading, motivating, inspiring and engaging a team and ensuring alignment to business goals and high delivery of team performance
- Build relationships and communicate effectively and efficiently to internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate high levels of energy in seeking out and achieving new goals
- Seek opportunities for improvements, be open to innovative ideas/experiences and can create new ideas, approaches or insights
- Team player, sales drive, pro-active, customer focused, result orientated with a track record of success in sales and sales management
