With a strong focus on security, innovation, and financial ecosystem growth, it plays a key role in Europe’s evolving digital finance landscape.We are looking for a detail-oriented and inquisitive Investment Analyst to support the strategic growth of Multitude Bank’s investment portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact cross-border investment strategy that aligns with our financial goals and risk appetite.Your focus:
  • Assist in the construction and optimisation of the Bank’s investment portfolio.
  • Review and assess potential investment opportunities in line with portfolio strategy and risk-return objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for due diligence and post-investment reviews.
  • Prepare reports, models, and presentation materials for investment committees.
  • Monitor investment performance and market trends to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Track compliance with investment covenants and portfolio risk metrics.
  • Contribute to ongoing investment research and innovation within the team.
Required skills & qualifications:Must-have:
  • 2–3 years of experience in investment management or financial analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or finance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with an inquisitive and proactive mindset.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience in banking or fintech investment portfolios.
  • Understanding of structured finance or credit-based investments.
  • Familiarity with investment reporting and risk frameworks.
