- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with product development teams to tailor solutions that meet specific client requirements.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with legal and corporate guidelines.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with product development, operations, and customer service teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to internal teams to inform product enhancements and service improvements.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share market insights and customer feedback with relevant departments to drive continuous improvement.
- Safety Culture: Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all OHS policies and procedures.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Integrate sustainability into business development practices, aligning with Epiroc's commitment to environmental responsibility.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the safety of all stakeholders.
- Culture Champion: Be a visible ambassador of Epiroc's values and Code of Conduct, fostering a culture grounded in respect, safety, and high performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong, trust-based relationships across functions and geographies to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.

- Bachelor's degree in Geoscience, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the mining industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of mining industry in WA,
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed strategic decisions.
