Key job responsibilities
As an experienced technology professional, you will be responsible for:
1. Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS database solutions tailored to customer needs
2. Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
4. Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
5. Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifactsA day in the life

We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. - 5+ years of experience on at least one commercial relational database (Oracle, SQL, Server, IBM, DB2) or open source database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB)
- Knowledge on non-relational database (MongoDB, CouchDB, Redis)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in technical and business settingsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale implementation experience
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python) and expertise in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) and knowledge of the primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53, S3)Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
