Som Bar Chef är du skiftledare och ansvarar för att den dagliga driften i baren fungerar smidigt. Du arbetar nära ditt team för att leverera hög service och utveckla vårt dryckesutbud.Arbetsuppgifter:
- Servera mat och dryck till gäster
- Säkerställa kvalitet på service och produkter
- Delta i utvecklingen av drink- och vinlistor
- Utbilda och stötta personalen
- Göra beställningar och hålla ordning i baren
- Assistera hovmästaren vid behov
- Har tidigare erfarenhet som bartender, gärna i ledande roll
- Är serviceinriktad och trivs i en fartfylld miljö
- Är noggrann, ansvarstagande och har lätt för att samarbeta
- Har förmåga att motivera och leda ett team
- Är flexibel och kan arbeta kvällar och helger
