Develop, implement and maintain Nordnet's security awareness program.
Focus on third-party risk management, including; Conducting security assessments and security due diligence reviews and; Collaborate with Procurement and Legal to incorporate security requirements into vendor contracts.
Oversee and continuously improve the Security Service Desk.
Participate in the development and review of physical security guidelines and procedures, including; Collaborate with Workplace Experience to plan and implement physical security controls.
Assists with the implementation of new security regulations.
Keep up to date with security threats and trends.

You report to the Head of Security and will be located in Stockholm together with the rest of the team.This is youYou are experienced in information security principles, practices and frameworks (e.g. NIST Cyber Security Framework, ISO 27001).You are passionate about security awareness and fostering a strong security culture.You have strong communication skills (written and verbal) to create impactful awareness materials, articulate security requirements, and provide clear guidance.You can independently structure and drive your area of responsibilityYou are also interested in understanding and contributing to the physical security measures of the bank, recognizing their importance in protecting information assets.You understand that communication, collaboration and compromises are the key components of a successful security team. At the same time, you have a pragmatic mindset and smart approach to security risks. You realise that the objective is to achieve adequate security in relation to the risks, not that every risk must be eliminated.You are a driven coordinator who takes responsibility for the team's success. You'll have a background in information security and have five or more years of solid experience working within the field. We prefer that you also have a background in the financial sector and a technical foundation, since we are a digital bank.You have the ability to communicate information security risk on a business level to management as well as the ability to communicate with techies.
