The Opportunity ...As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you'll be a key player in our ambitious customer service strategy. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing spare parts inquiries from quote to order
- Following up on open orders and providing delivery updates
- Collaborating with Field Service, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery
- Monitoring and optimizing financial performance in your region
- Driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of food technology equipment is a strong advantage
- Service minded with customer-first mindset
- Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing daily tasks in various systems
- Comfortable navigating in an international business environment
- Comfortable communicating with customers
- Willingness to occasionally travel to meet with customers or colleagues
- Fluent in at least one Nordic language and English; considering the international nature of our business any additional languages are considered an advantage
