Sustainability is at the heart and soul of our business and to continue to push the boundaries of the industry and ensure our forefront position in the sustainability space we are looking for a Senior Sustainability Manager to join us at HQ in Stockholm. Are you ready for the voyage of a lifetime?YOUR MISSION AT VOIAs Senior Sustainability Manager you will have the overall responsibility for leading our strategic initiatives, and the continued development and implementation of a strategy that promotes environmental stewardship, social responsibility and economic viability at the forefront of the micromobility industry. This will include:

Sustainability strategy and implementation: Setting and leading the sustainability strategy, following up on environmental KPIs and supporting teams across the organisation in implementing sustainability best practices and reaching set targets
Sustainability reporting: Ensuring accountability and transparency in our environmental performance by leading our sustainability reporting, eg. CSRD, UNGC, SBTi, EU Taxonomy, annual Sustainability Report (GRI) and GHG accounting (including carbon footprint- and life cycle assessments)
Subject-matter expertise: Building and collecting knowledge and evidence on the sustainability topic, and collaborating closely with the policy-, bid- & communications-teams, and external stakeholders to continue to build our sustainability commitments
Employee training: Engaging and educating the broader organisation on sustainability topics and practices through newsletters and online learning
Trend and regulatory monitoring: Staying informed about relevant sustainability trends, regulations, and technologies, and making recommendations on practices and technologies that can enhance the organisation's overall sustainability performance

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARKWe are looking for a creative, strategic and hands-on team player with a can-do attitude, a strong sense of ownership and the ambition to become a subject-matter expert in the sustainability field. In addition, we believe the right person has:

A bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, political science, environmental science, sustainability or other applicable field
Experience in leading projects with international teams across various domains
Experience in developing and leading the implementation of strategies with high business impact
Experience in working with data to understand the underlying drivers of specific metrics
Experience in managing multiple priorities with a high attention to detail, and driving projects to successful completion
Experience in articulating complex technical concepts in language that is easy to understand and convey
The ability to build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
Professional fluency in English, both written and verbally
