
Teaching assistants/Amanuens in Fluid and Mechatronic systems

We are looking for approximately 4-6 teaching assistants (amanuenses) who, when needed and by agreement, will assist course coordinators in the division's courses during the academic year. Tasks may include teaching lessons, supervising laboratory sessions, correcting reports, and maintaining technical equipment. The role may also involve simpler administrative tasks related to research projects.The person we need
To be eligible for employment as an amanuens, you must be admitted to a university-level education at either undergraduate or advanced level.It is considered an advantage if you are studying at Linköping University at an advanced level and can demonstrate documented good knowledge in the courses you are expected to assist in. Furthermore, it is particularly meritorious if you have previous teaching experience and are available for assignments throughout the academic year 2025/2026.The amanuens position is directly linked to the basic courses offered by the division. The tasks are varied and may arise on short notice, which requires flexibility and that you are available at the university. You should also be responsible, thorough, service-oriented, possess pedagogical skills, and have an interest in the subject area.Your Workplace
The Division of Fluid and Mechatronic Systems is part of the Department of Management and Engineering (IEI) and belongs to the Faculty of Science and Engineering. The division is responsible for undergraduate education within the Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering program (300 credits), as well as the master's programs in Mechanical Engineering (120 credits) and Aeronautical Engineering (120 credits).About the Employment
Extent and starting date are to be agreed upon.Employment as an amanuens is regulated by Chapter 5 of the Swedish Higher Education Ordinance.Salary and Benefits
