- Plan and implement quality assurance and compliance processes to ensure operational excellence.
- Support change management activities and contribute to the development of training materials for new processes and procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of innovation.
- Advanced knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
- Proven experience in implementing improvement projects and driving organizational enhancements.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and their role in process optimization.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience in managing complex projects and working independently.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams and junior professionals.
- Understanding of quality assurance and compliance planning.
