- Supporting HR employment processes, such as hiring and termination procedures, labor law issues, contract renewals, and dismissals.
- Assisting with trainee programs and expatriate management.
- Managing the control and processing of retirement-related documentation.
- Maintaining personnel records, including job history, retirement and insurance documents, leave accrual, illness and absence records, transfers, and salary progression details.
Ideal candidate
- Have a strong interest in HR and are eager to learn more about the field.
- Have a degree or education in HR, business administration, or a related field (1-2 years of relevant experience).
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possess excellent communication skills and can explain HR policies and practices clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Are comfortable working under close supervision and can follow processes and guidelines with precision.
- Fluent in English and Swedish (both written and spoken)
