- Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced credit risk models.
- Validating existing models to ensure robustness, model performance and regulatory compliance.
- Ensuring high data quality and integrity for our modeling processes.
- Supporting the implementation of models into business processes and decision-making.
- Contributing to strategic projects related to credit risk modeling.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience from the financial services or banking industry.
- A university degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, economics, or similar.
- Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and computer programming.
- Solid experience of credit risk modelling (ECL, PD, LGD, EAD) and knowledge about IFRS 9 will be highly valued.
- Proficiency in Python, Matlab and/or SAS will be highly valued.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a multicultural, international environment.
- A proactive, business-driven attitude with strong personal commitment.
- Full fluency in English. A second major European language is meriting but not a formal requirement.
