Company DescriptionOur mission at Everience is to unleash the potential of digital technology to enable companies to focus on their value chain and increase their productivity and competitiveness.We provide a tailor-made response to the needs of our customers to help them build an efficient working environment, adapted to the needs of users by deploying a wide range of expertise: consulting, desktop engineering, user support, knowledge management, business support, cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure management, smart office, IT logisticsEverience operates in the Benelux and internationally and has 16 sites in Europe.The quality of our services and the excellence of the technical expertise of our employees is our priority Everience is recruiting...Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesHardware Management: Replace computers, smartphones, and printers; prepare devices for new joiners and reset devices for leaversApplication Support: Install specific applications for a limited user baseRequest Handling: Serve as the first point of contact for hardware and software requests; verify, approve, and process orders via SAP with our supplier (e.g., Dustin); configure hardware according to user needsAsset Administration: Maintain accurate inventory of computers, phones, and printers (including mapping and administration)Carve-out Support: Provide assistance with IT-related tasks during the carve-out (e.g., client adjustments, email address administration, Lotus Notes configuration)Systems Support: Support systems such as SAP, Elvis, Minitab, etc.; manage passwords, licenses, and other software-related tasksPrinter & Label Maintenance: Maintain production printers; develop and manage labels and related mediaNetwork Support: Assist in network-related decisions, mount switches, and document network infrastructureIncident Backup: Handle user-raised tickets and backup requests via the Spring systemProduction IT: Maintain and manage IT assets used in productionTelephony Administration: Manage Tele2/IP telephony systems, ATA boxes, and mobile broadband setupsTime Recording Systems: Configure and maintain time recording equipment (WebTime or similar systems)QualificationsProven experience in onsite hardware and software supportAbility to manage multiple responsibilities in a structured and efficient wayExperience with SAP and ticketing systemsStrong organizational and communication skillsNative Swedish speaker with fluent English skillsHigh service orientation and hands-on mentalityWillingness to work fully onsite at the Kloster locationAdditional Information
  • Location: Onsite across our Swedish sites (Långshyttan, Söderfors, Vikmanshyttan)
  • Workload: 5 days per week / 8 hours per day on client site support
  • Freelance license
  • Valid working permit for Sweden
