- Manage all employee related activities such as recruitment, onboarding, creating opportunities for training & development, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Address escalated issues, troubleshooting challenges, and together with your global team implement strategic technical solutions for all Plants Electrical teams
- Liaise with stakeholders and promote cross-functional collaboration and transparency.
- Planning for project and base design staffing, adjusting it according to business needs
- Drive quality and productivity improvements in projects through target setting, monitoring and benchmarking
- Partnering with the Plant Electrical management team to develop, improve, and implement strategic people management initiatives and ensure processes are in place to capture and share best practices and operational experiences.
- Ensure, together with your team, compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations/project execution and share Project best practices and lessons learned across the organization
- You hold a degree in engineering, preferably in electrical engineering, and have experience working on complex industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.
- You have a strong track record of working in cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively across disciplines such as civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and foster engagement in diverse, international teams.
- You bring a strategic mindset and can balance technical decisions with business goals, timelines, and risk management.
- You are passionate about developing people and building strong teams, especially by supporting senior engineers and encouraging knowledge sharing.
- You have previous experience as a people leader, ideally in a dynamic and global organization, and are comfortable building strong relationships with both employees and senior management.
