
Business Manager (automotive)

As our new Business Manager, you will be responsible for some of our biggest Swedish Automotive OEMs customers in Gothenburg, managing and developing existing and new relationships.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Sales responsibility for targeted clients within the Automotive area
- Business development and revenue growth
- Building and maintaining client relations locally
- Analyze the local market and be continuously updated on the latest trends
- Optimize local bench and staff our employees on relevant projects
- Anticipate the end of contracts and resources reallocation
- Responsible to find the right assignment for the right competence, using portals, email or in direct contact with the customer
- University degree within Business Administration, Engineering or similar
- Experience from a leading role within sales or/and business development
- We are looking for you with a lot of energy and who thrives in a fast pace
- Strong knowledge and network within the Swedish (R&D/engineering) Automotive industry
- You have strong leadership and negotiation abilities
- Fluent in Swedish and/or English
