- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers and Application Specialists.
- Define clear goals and monitor performance, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies that support business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and create tactical plans to increase market share.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support major negotiations and high-value opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Support to ensure alignment.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, monitor performance, and analyse market trends.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within B2B or technical sales environments.
- Commercial background in medtech or life sciences, with a solid understanding of capital equipment sales and the tendering process.
- Strong knowledge of the Nordic market, with hands-on experience in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
- Skilled in using CRM systems and implementing effective sales tactics.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish
