- Providing clear and concise service, both in the written and spoken word.
- Analyzing and dissecting complex credit applications, all while sticking to our credit policies like glue.
- Taking on the mantle of assessing worthy candidates for debt refinancing with gusto.
- Pitching in to finesse our processes and take our customer care game to the next level.
- In addition to customer service and sales responsibilities, the role includes administrative duties such as ensuring AML and KFM compliance, conducting customer verification, and managing regulatory documentation
- Have excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
- Are keen to learn and willing to take initiative
- Are self-motivated, fearless and have a great desire to contribute to the team and spread a positive atmosphere around you
- Have experience in credit risk assessment, financial markets, or regulatory compliance, as well as in customer support, advisory services or sales?"
