- Build advanced prototypes to explore, validate, and communicate design ideas.
- Elevate design quality across your product team, providing clarity on design direction and opportunities.
- Contribute to the evolution of Klarna’s design systems and best practices.
- Extensive experience leading product design in cross-functional teams.
- High proficiency in Figma, with experience using Figma Make.
- Strong ability to communicate design decisions clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Skilled in building prototypes to test hypotheses and illustrate design concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems and influence product strategy through design.
- Experience using Cursor or other AI-enhanced design/development tools.
- Background working in fast-paced environments or at high-growth tech companies.
- Familiarity with design systems and scaling design across multiple products or platforms.
- Interest in contributing to team culture, mentorship, and design critiques.
