We are now looking for someone to join our People Operations team. Your main task will be to support thousands of foodora-riders in People related matters. Are you in for the ride? Come join the fun!Your missionHandling and answering rider questions in our People support systemSupport your team mates, managers and colleagues within your team with People-related questions and projectsHandling questions from the authorities and unemployment insurance fund (A-kassa, Försäkringskassa) etc.Process, investigate and handle People-related matters, including signing and following-up on employment contracts for our ridersHandling vacation, sick leave and absence applicationsHandling payroll tasksOther administrative and ad hoc tasksWe are looking for a true foodorian who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and dares to go further. To thrive in this role we believe that you are flexible and do not hesitate to switch focus when needed. If you are also responsible and take ownership over your tasks you will come far in this role!
