As IZAKAYA CHEF, you have expertise both in sushi and other traditional Japanese cooking techniques that involves cold food preparations and hot food preparations. Besides that, you'll play an essential role in creating unforgettable moments for our guests.Who We Are Looking For
- Craft exceptional food: Create and plate high-quality sushi, dishes and menus, showing TAK's gastronomy.
- Expertise in cooking: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of different produce, flavors and cooking methods.
- Deliver outstanding Service: Provide professional, attentive, and personalized service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain standards: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in all kitchen operations, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Ownership: Take responsibility and have pride in what you do.
We are looking for a IZAKAYA CHEF who brings passion, creativity, and professionalism to every shift and meals you create. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in SUSHI and IZAKAYA style of restaurants with a focus on premium service and standards.
- Gastronomy knowledge: Documented deep knowledge in food preparations, kitchen techniques and an eagerness to continuously learn and innovate.
- Attention to detail: Ability to consistently deliver high standards in preparation, service and presentation.
- Exceptional communication skills: Confident, clear, and professional interactions with client and team members.
- Work ethic: Reliable, punctual, and committed to exceeding expectations.
- Passion for Hospitality: A genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences.
