Read more about us .Industrial ElectricianAbout the role:As a Industrial Electrician, you will work with maintenance at our fuel factory and our productions equipment. You will be part of our department at BNO, were we maintain our uranium processing factory. You will join a team of 16 colleagues in expertise such as electricians, mechanics and maintenance planners.Key Responsibilities:Your main responsibilities will include both preventive and corrective maintenance, such as:
Preventive maintenance
Troubleshooting using PLC systems and electrical schematics
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings.
Instrument calibration
Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure efficient and safe operations.
In addition to daily tasks, you will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.You will work on-site at our factory in Västerås. The position is daytime-based and includes on-call duty. Therefore, we are looking for someone who lives in or near Västerås and can be on-site within one hour when on call.Qualifications:
Education equivalent to a 3-year electrical engineering program
3+ years of experience as an industrial electrician.
Experience in troubleshooting using PLC systems and electrical schematics
Understand written instructions
Knowledge of automation, control systems, and relay technology
Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
