In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across product, marketing, engineering, and beyond, ensuring that our decisions are informed by accurate insights. Your contributions will drive strategic decisions and fuel growth and innovation across our subscription platform.This is a unique opportunity to make your mark at a fast-growing company where creativity meets data and where podcasts are just the beginning.What You’ll Do
  • Transform and model data to ensure clean, trustworthy, and reusable datasets for reporting and analysis.
  • Design and maintain dashboards that track key business, product, and marketing KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to analyse customer lifecycle data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with product and engineering to implement and refine tracking strategies across our platforms.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to generate insights that shape content and product development.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers to set up robust validation checks and resolve data discrepancies proactively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate data needs into actionable solutions.
What You BringYou’re not just great with data, you know how to make it matter. You love digging into complex data domains, building scalable solutions, and communicating your findings in a way that informs and inspires.
  • Hands-on experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on analytics and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery.
  • Experience with dbt and modern data transformation practices.
  • Ability to build clear, insightful dashboards in tools like Looker Studio (or similar).
  • Understanding of data modeling principles and analytics best practices.
  • Strong communicator who can turn complex data into actionable stories for a range of stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Python, Airflow, Braze, GA4, or experience in subscription-based media or audio platforms.
  • Extra kudos: Familiarity with data privacy regulations.
