- Develop and communicate a clear, visionary marketing strategy that aligns with Vitrolife Groups and the Digital solution portfolio long-term business objectives.
- Drive global growth of eWitness system (electronic witnessing system) and other related digital products within the IVF segment.
- Develop target-specific product positioning, value proposition, assertive key messaging, to differentiate the digital portfolio in the market.
- Work closely with product management team to bring voice of customer and voice of market into the solution roadmaps.
- Understand the competitive market, trends, opportunities, and threats, through ongoing market research and continuous collaboration with global advisory board and/or opinion leaders.
- Understanding the target group needs, identifying barriers to adoption per respective market regions which will shape optimal marketing strategies.
- Lead the go-to-market/ commercialization plan and execution of global product launches in coordination with Product Manager and regional teams.
- Analyse and optimize the customer journey and ensure strong marketing mix throughout the journey.
- Responsible for planning and developing an optional marketing mix with a high focus on digital marketing strategies & deliverables (web, email campaigns, webinars, content for social media).
- Collaborate with the global marketing team, the Product Managers and Training & Education team to create sales tools, promotional materials, and customer training programs supporting product adoption and market penetration.
- Develop, execute, and measure success of target-specific global strategies of annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment and collaboration with regional teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- A master's degree in marketing, communication or similar.
- At least 10 years of work experience from previous regional or global marketing roles.
- Strong experience within marketing and brand management, preferably from the medical device industry.
- Proven record of developing and executing successful marketing programs and strategies.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Particularly effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Business and financial acumen, experience with managing marketing budget and to track and analyse sales data as input to marketing campaigns & launches.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel to Market Regions and customers approx. 15-20 days annually.
- Ability to collaborate with remote teams located in different geographies.
