Step into the world of Fei for an unparalleled and authentic Chinese dining experience, transcending the ordinary.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and passionate Culinary Senior Chef De Partie to help lead the kitchen at Restaurant Fei. As Culinary Senior Chef De Partie, you'll play a key role in driving culinary excellence, highly involved in menu planning, culinary development, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and innovation. Actively participate in the daily kitchen operation and take responsibility for a station during service
Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Sous chef and kitchen team on seasonal menu planning and development
Responsible for making sure that you and the team always deliver food of the highest quality
Take responsibility for maintaining culinary quality across all dishes
Menu engineering
Plan and execute special menus, events and VIP lunches and dinners.
Support and develop kitchen staff related to food, technique, and kitchen skills
As for all kitchen staff you have a responsibility to maintain and manage a good level of hygiene, health and safety

The working hours are during evenings, including both weekdays and weekends.You have:

Minimum of 6 years kitchen experience and knowledge of Chinese cuisine
Experience with menu engineering and development
Speak English, Swedish and/or Chinese
Legal right to work in Sweden
