Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with our Swedish commercial team on recruitment, employee development, HR processes, compliance with employment laws, and administrative tasks, all tailored to meet the specific needs of our retail operations.Your tasks include among others:
- General HR administration related to the employment of the Swedish employees.
- Recruitment from a-z, including advertising, screening of applicants, and interviewing.
- Implementing and driving HR processes related to retail in Sweden including facilitating the work environment group (AMU).
- Facilitation of training both in Sweden and across the Nordics both physical and virtual.
- Be a trusted advisor to the Swedish Sales organization.
- Handling legal issues including taking part in negotiations with unions.
- Training of managers in processes and employment law.
- Support rollout of engagement activities
- A Bachelor's degree in HR or an equivalent Business Degree
- Solid and documented knowledge of Swedish employment law/detajlhandelsavtalet
- Experience with handling legal cases and negotiating with unions
- Has experience with recruitment and training/facilitation
- Experienced user of MS Office
- Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently, knowledge of other Scandinavian languages is a plus.
- A good understanding of systems as we work with HRIS, Recruitment systems, and time management systems
- Experience in a Nordic role is a plus
