The role requires close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and operations. Candidates must be based near southern Sweden.Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of the ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar).
Align local activities with global program governance and timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage internal/external stakeholders.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
Lead change management, user training, and adoption strategies.
Ensure successful execution of testing, data migration, and go-live activities.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years' experience in project management, with at least 5 years delivering ERP projects.
Strong background in industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain-focused organizations.
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional ERP rollouts.
Experience working with global teams and external vendors.
Fluent English; Swedish or another European language is a plus.
Available to work onsite in southern Sweden most of the time.
