We are looking for an additional colleague to join us as a Product & Assortment Specialist within the Health & Medical (HM) Business Unit. HM encompasses the Incontinence Products Health Care and Medical Solutions categories.The portfolio includes incontinence products, wound care, compression therapy, orthopedics, skincare products and digital solutions with sensor technology. Distribution channels for the products are pharmacies, medical devices stores, hospitals, distributors and care institutions as well as online.Located just a couple of minutes from Mölndal train station in Gothenburg, Essity offers you to be part of an international business setting with over 1 000 employees and many contacts across different functions, units and countries. We offer onsite learning, a healthy canteen, social events and many other employee benefits.Watch our film of why we work at Essity:About the RoleAs a Product & Assortment Specialist within the TENA Incontinence team, you will play a key supporting role in our product lifecycle management processes. You’ll work closely with Product & Assortment Managers (PAMs) and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate handling of product data, documentation, and system updates. Your work will help reduce administrative burden for PAMs and contribute to the successful implementation of product changes across our organization.You’ll be a superuser in SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MDG (Master Data Governance), managing engineering records (ERs), technical documentation, and specifications. You’ll also be a key contact for troubleshooting issues, coordinating with factories, and ensuring that product specifications are correctly implemented.This is a fixed term position for 11 months. There might be a possibility for extension. The position is based in our office in Mölndal, Sweden.Examples of TasksCreate and manage Engineering Records (ERs) in SAP PLM, including defining purpose, scope, and rollout timelines.Update product specifications, including material quantities and compositions.Collaborate with master data teams, regulatory affairs, packaging, graphic design, and factory personnel.Support PAMs with data extraction, reporting, and system navigation.Maintain and consolidate technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment across stakeholders.Participate in annual initiatives such as Material Rationalisation (MR).Troubleshoot system errors and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.Facilitate communication and prioritization of product changes with factories.Who You AreYou are a detail-oriented and adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
