You’ll work closely with Product & Assortment Managers (PAMs) and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate handling of product data, documentation, and system updates. Your work will help reduce administrative burden for PAMs and contribute to the successful implementation of product changes across our organization.You’ll be a superuser in SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MDG (Master Data Governance), managing engineering records (ERs), technical documentation, and specifications. You’ll also be a key contact for troubleshooting issues, coordinating with factories, and ensuring that product specifications are correctly implemented.This is a fixed term position for 11 months. There might be a possibility for extension. The position is based in our office in Mölndal, Sweden.Examples of TasksCreate and manage Engineering Records (ERs) in SAP PLM, including defining purpose, scope, and rollout timelines.Update product specifications, including material quantities and compositions.Collaborate with master data teams, regulatory affairs, packaging, graphic design, and factory personnel.Support PAMs with data extraction, reporting, and system navigation.Maintain and consolidate technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment across stakeholders.Participate in annual initiatives such as Material Rationalisation (MR).Troubleshoot system errors and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.Facilitate communication and prioritization of product changes with factories.Who You AreYou are a detail-oriented and adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
