  • Lead, coach, and develop a team spread across multiple locations
  • Ensure smooth daily operations in wood and transport accounting, bioenergy support, and finance and procurement administration
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, digitalization, and automation
  • Adapt processes in line with changing business needs
  • Secure resources for development projects while maintaining reliable day-to-day support
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders and business functions dependent on your team's services
You will have full responsibility for personnel management and leadership, as well as budget ownership within your area. The position is based in Falun, or alternatively at one of our other offices within the business area. You will report directly to the VP Business Services.Who are we looking for?

  • A relevant university degree and fluency in both Swedish and English
  • Proven experience in team leadership and change management

  • Strong organizations skills and a solution-focused attitude
  • A high degree of independence and drive to see initiatives through to completion
