Boliden is a large organization that offers great opportunities for career development and competence growth.Who you will work withYou will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand the needs and requirements of various departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The position is based at Boliden’s office in Skellefteå, with a focus on recruitment for our Swedish business units, particularly in the Skellefteå area. You will report to the Global Manager of Recruitment, who is also located in Boliden.What you will do

Manage the entire recruitment process.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
Utilize various recruitment channels and networks to find potential candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What you bringTo be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, along with a few years of experience in recruitment.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as is experience using recruitment tools and systems.
You should be able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work in a dynamic environment.
A good understanding of labor market trends and recruitment strategies is also important.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and results-oriented, flexible and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented, positive attitude.
